DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a L&D Executive you will be dealing with:

Well understand e-learning contents in RHG Academy, then make sure the required training courses are taken by team members, adds value and enhances employee knowledge and productivity.

Be the first line of support and respond to learning and development queries professionally and promptly.

Ensure current L&D processes are adhered to and assist in ensuring theses process are embedded across all departments.

Support the HR Manager to ensure that our learning remains relevant to the needs of the business.

Be accountable for the quality of our learning offering.

Do others as per assigned by HR Manager.

- Working in a dynamic, professional environment with many opportunities for career development

Well understand e-learning and at least 2 years working in learning & development in Hospitality is desirable.

Have a creative streak and can bring learning content to life.

Excellent English, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proficient computing skills, in particular the production and formatting of training data.

Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Previously worked in Hospitality is desirable.

Be self-motivated, proactive and hands on.

Have passion and understanding for learning and development.

Genuinely friendly, caring, ambitious and hard working
