Mô tả công việc

- Contacts candidates for arranging interview & providing them with all necessary information if required.

- Assists in welcoming/facilitating new employees & candidates in a friendly helpful manner.

- Maintains an efficient personnel and administration filing system.

- Initiates media programs which foster good work relations with the Hotel.

- Prepares monthly attendance record for Talent & Culture Department and and follows up with each Departments' secretaries regarding their attendance record.

- Updates all new employees profile into Cadena HRM system and assists in preparing monthly payroll for hotel employees

- Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

- Ensures that Talent & Culture office is kept in orderly at all times during office hours

- Performs other tasks assigned by Manager.
