Mô tả công việc

- Follow up the procedure of produce.

- Training subordinates the method and procedures.

- Delegate and team cooking and preparation chores ensuring efficient food service.

- Conduct various sensory test to ensure consistent standards in the quality of food produced

- Ensure proper storage of food, hygiene and cleanliness according to rules and regulations.

- Ensure the butcher stores are at all times sufficiently replenished.

- Has no right to claim overtime but should extend service hours up to operation requirements.

- Prepare and demonstrate new items.

- Inventory and order materials in the stores area.

- Keep the area all way clean & tidy (follow up with procedure).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Must have been at least 1 years working experience as Butcher chef.

- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition

- Must have good knowledge in bakery products in addition to bakery operation.

- Preferably holds a pastry cook diploma.

- Must be fluent in spoken and written in English. Preferably in speaking French.
