Sales Trainee - Thực tập sinh Kinh doanh

• Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required

• Attend monthly sales meetings

• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

• Assist with direct mail campaigns

• Statistical collation on behalf of state (weekly)

• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

• Maintenance and management of data base

• Assist with promotions and familiarizations where requested

• Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

• Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans

• Assist with tender submissions

• Work with other Lotte properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

• Liaison with advertising agency

• Stock control of collateral

• Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner

• Create artwork and have collateral input for flyers for direct mail purposes & assist with promotional activities for rooms & conference

• Maintain and update promotional flyers

• Maintain stock of printed material

• Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items

• Assist with the preparation of new products and services

• Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel

• Distributes sales leads

• Work in line with business needs

• During the internship period, Lotte Hotel Hanoi will provide the following basic support:
• Working hours: 8.5 hours/shift, 5.5 days/week according to the department’s schedule.
• Internship allowance: VND 1,900,000/month (paid at the end of each month via Viettel Money). Interns will receive this allowance under the following conditions:
• Full attendance according to the standard number of working days in the month. The standard number of working days is determined based on the calendar: from Monday to half-day Saturday each week (for operational shift positions); or from Monday to Friday each week (for administrative shift positions).
• Completion of online knowledge and skills tests sent by the HR Department with an average score above 50%.
• Meals: Provided according to working shifts at the hotel canteen.
• Uniforms: Hotel provides uniforms with daily laundry service.
• Training content: Training according to international 5-star hotel service standards.
• Internship certificate: Issued by Lotte Hotel Hanoi.
• Outstanding interns: Interns selected by the department for exceptional performance will receive a certificate of merit & an opportunity to experience hotel services (buffet lunch voucher for 2 people plus a bakery voucher, total value VND 2,000,000). A thank-you letter will also be sent to the school.
• Post-internship opportunities: Chance to become a full-time employee with full benefits according to the group’s policies & labor law, based on personal aspirations and job requirements.

- Sales & Marketing / Hospitality education is preferred.

- Good English in both communication & writing skills.

- Sound Microsoft office, software & device usage.

- Multi-tasking, hard-working and quick mindset & action.

- At least 3 months internship commitment.
