1. Enlarged PITO Partner Community (80%)

Looking for new partners and convince them to joint PITO Partner Community (collaborate as our partner delivering catering service)
Being the main consultant of partners by guiding the catering operation as well as advising on service and product developments
Attending all events for the partner community to enhance the relationship with the partners
Being the connection between partners and customers to transfer all service requirement and ensure not only customer but also partner’s benefits are met
Comprehending the service operation of off-premise catering and supporting partners during the collaborative process, optimizing the opportunity to enlarge partners revenue
Maintaining pricing integrity and being active on menu suggestions to improve service quality of PITO’s partners.
Ensuring the confidentiality regarding information of PITO’s customers and partners

2. Collaborate with other teams of Partner Success Department (10%)

Collaborate with the Party Coordinator and Partner Trainer to ensure the work flow.
Ensure the number of qualified partners is able to meet the demand of market

3. Work Report (10%)

Constantly reporting on work progress and results (number of recruited partners)
Keep updating on partner's needs and concerns
Being aware of competitors strategies (if any) and being actively with potential solution for partner community

Education Requirements: Senior students of any field (prefered Business Administration, Hospitality, Foreign Economic Relations, Service Industry)
