KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I. General

• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
• Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback.
• Achievement of the goals and objectives of the restaurant.

II. Main Responsibilties

• Prepare and set up bar stations efficiently, following established standards.
• Assist in developing cocktail and coffee menus.
• Serve beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of drink and wine lists to answer guest queries.
• Collaborate with stewarding and housekeeping teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize restaurant revenue.
• Monitor and manage beverage inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar area; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform cleaning duties in both front and back of house to uphold hygiene standards.
• Engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
• Have thorough knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.

• Working Schedule: 5 working days per week with flexible days off.
• Working Hours: 8.0 hours per day, including 30 minutes break.

• Good English and Local language skills
