Operations

• Update, check and follow up on daily events.
• Check, advise and coordinate with station Captain on daily events and summary.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for proper action.
• Handle reservation and inquires.
• Be responsible of Cashier Station, confident with all kind of payment system
• Take guest payment, closing guest bills and reporting any issues to related supervisors
• Be responsible to begin and end the related duty cashiering procedures
• Allocate table accordingly.
• Process through knowledge of menus and beverage list.
• Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.

• Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body languages.
• Quantity and nature of guest comments and complaints

• Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
• Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).

• Great English and Vietnamese language skills
• Have previous hostess and cashier experience is a plus for the hotel operations
• Pleasant physical appearance
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Interacts with both colleagues and occasionally with guests
• Able to handle demanding workload
