o Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.

o Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.

o Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures.

o Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

o Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.

o Attend the meetings and trainings as required by supervisors.

b. Operations

o Update, check, and follow up on daily events.

o Check, advise, and coordinate with the station Team Leader on daily events and summary.

o Handle guest inquiries and requests and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for proper action.

o Handle reservations and inquiries.

o Greet and seat guests professionally and friendly, according to the hotel's standards.

o Allocate the table accordingly.

o process through knowledge of menus and beverage lists.

o Handle customer complaints if possible, or report them to supervisors.

o Help maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.

o Liaise duties and responsibilities with waiter/ waitress.

o Report lost and found items and guest incidents to the Supervisor.
