Head of Risk Prevention (Trưởng Bộ Phận An Ninh)

The Head of Risk Prevention is responsible for overseeing and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard the FOSC’s assets, guests, and employees. This role involves identifying potential risks, developing prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment.

a. General

This role involves identifying potential risks, developing prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading the Security team to maintain a safe and secure environment.

b. Tasks

1. In charge of the development and implementation of emergency procedures.

2. In charge of operational procedures for Risk Prevention activities such as Fire prevention and Firefighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and monitoring of personnel involved with classified information, and investigation of accidents and criminal acts.

3. Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others.

4. Monitor and control the movement of all employees leaving and entering the property.

5. Identify the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their skills.

6. Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

7. Cooperate with the Chief Engineering and L&D team for an effective in-house training course on Security and Fire Prevention.

8. Communicate the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
