MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for checking in /out guests.

Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc khách đến nhận và trả phòng

2. Security measures are to be taken in handling of room keys and guest information in the computer

Có biện pháp an toàn trong việc quản lý chìa khóa từ và thông tin của khách trong hệ thống máy vi tính

3. Play a role as a link between guest and management to communicate with guest to find out guest’s expectation in order to improve the service standards.

Là trung gian giữa khách và ban quản lý để tìm hiểu các mong đợi của khách nhằm cải thiện tiêu chuẩn phục vụ

4. Handling of cash advance or cash received upon check-out.

Giải quyết tiền ứng trước hay tiền khách thanh toán khi trả phòng

5. To perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận hay Ban Quản lý

Yêu cầu công việc

- College degree

- At least 1 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

- Possess good public relations and presentation skills

- Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential

- Good English communication skills.
