Mô tả công việc

The Reservation Reservation Associate manages guest reservations accurately and professionally, ensuring that all requests, changes, and cancellations are handled per LQA standards. This role requires identifying guest needs, recommending suitable room types and rates, and clearly explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies. Reservation Agents also answer questions about hotel facilities, apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, and maintain accurate records in the reservation system. They must follow hotel safety and security regulations, stay informed about industry trends, and actively participate in training and departmental activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 01 year in the same position at luxury 5 star hotel is a must
Fluent English skills (four skills)
Excellent Vietnamese communication skills
Have a pleasant voice and willing to communicate with others over the phone
Customer, result and sales oriented
Good time management and work organization skills
Able to handle multi tasks and use standard software applications and hotel systems
