Mô tả công việc

1. OVERALL OBJECTIVE:

Responsible in working close with the hotels team to support the hotel achieve its positioning and awareness objectives locally and internationally and be able to convey the hotel marketing and business needs to the central cluster team. Coordinate with hotels operation team to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion and support them in any marketing related activities. To execute marketing activities corresponding to the hotels in your area, and any marketing activity that takes place at the hotel (ex. Events, media or influencer stays, shootings etc.)

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates various media and marketing activities and events at the hotels or area of responsibility

• Oversee and coordinates hotel photo shooting and video shooting

• Work together with hotel’s operations teams to guarantee the success of any marketing activity

• Understand the hotel’s business and needs and convey this information to the Central Management team

• Participates in the preparation of strategic hotel marketing planning

• Supervise the hotels social media marketing strategy as well as create and collect content that can feed the account community management

• Make sure hotels collaterals and stationary complies with the brand standards

• Coordinate media and KOL FAM trips at the hotels

• Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels

• Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.

• Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies

• Compile and prepare reports for management showing results (KPIs and ROI).

• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: University Degree

Upgrade or Master in Marketing will be an advantage

LANGUAGES: Fluent English

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

Marketing plan and strategy

Public Relations Management

Social Media Management

Event and photo shooting planning

WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): 1-2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN MHI (IN CASE OF INTERNAL PROMOTION): 1 year in the company in similar position in large hotels.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (These responsibilities are mandatory to all positions)

1. To attend all meetings, briefings & internal or external training sessions as required by the direct supervisor.

2. To act wholeheartedly in the interests of the Company at all times & not to perform, arrange or carry out any work or activity which could be considered to be in competition with or affect in any way the company interests or be detrimental or damaging to its public image.

3. To ensure maximum efficiency, employees are engaged on the basis that they must be prepared to undertake reasonable duties other than those for which they have been specifically engaged.

4. All employees are expected to co-operate with the management, to ensure the successful application of the Company’s Equal Opportunities & Harassment policies.

5. To carry out any reasonable & lawful direct instruction given by direct supervisor during working hours.
