Answer customer calls and customer service hotline.

Answer business-related questions for customers

Submit the above and below applications

Follow up and handle on-duty work in time

College degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred.

More than 1 year of customer service or related experience.

Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good interpersonal skills.

Chinese and English communication, good appearance, communication skills, general documents, computer operation skills
