Mô tả công việc

• Supervise the implementation of staff as well as customer service of front office department

• Operates and monitors the receptionist activities

• Identify to customers' needs and respond proactively to all customers' concern

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

• Participate actively to all departmental training

• 1 year experience in similar position.

• High school diploma or higher.

• Ability to work independently or in group and withstand working pressure.

• Good organizational skills.

• Good problem-solving skills, focusing on aesthetics.

• Honesty, diligence, high responsibility, sociability

• Can communicate well in English
