Human Resources Supervisor ( incharge C&B)

Be responsible for calculation Salary for factory accurate and timely manner for respective plant

- Prepare monthly payroll for employees

- Ensure the operation of Labor contract, social insurance, accident insurance, health care insurance are in accordance with prevailing regulations and company's policy including registration, contribution, reporting and claim.

- Summarize and prepare all necessary documents to implement salary adjustment, promotion, bonuses monthly and yearly

- Participate in salary survey and analyze the data to prepare salary increment proposal and budget accordingly

- Attend and prepare require documents for social compliance audit for respective plant

- Proposing suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally

- Oversee the data integrity of the HRM system to ensure accuracy of reporting, analysis and payroll processing

- Control and check all jobs of C&B staff.

Bachelor of Business Administration / Economics / Finance & Accounting

- Work with a high sense of responsibility, hard work to learn

- Have experience working in a company with over 2000 employees

- Minimum 1 years of experience in equivalent position

- Ability to cover, manage and organize work effectively

- Knowledge of Labor Law

- English: Good
