Marketing Manager/ Quản Lý Tiếp Thị (based in HCMC)

In your role, you are responsible to grow market share and brand preference for Crowne Plaza. This position provides functional expertise, branding, strategy and analysis to on-property Marketing, Communications and Digital Colleagues across paid, IHG owned and earned channels in the MarCom space.

Driving and executing the Marketing section of the Business Plan; the role is responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the overall marketing strategy, creation of marketing assets, distribution channel strategy, aligned to the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand in order to achieve book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference.

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

02 years of similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

3. Knowledge and skills:

• Pride and attention to detail.
• Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.

4. Language:

Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
