Mô tả công việc

  • Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities in All channels TA, OTA, Corporate, Walk-in
  • Proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. 
  • Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.
  • Perform and managing Sales Activities in all methods: telesales, send proposal, quotation via email, phone, direct-in-person to close sales.
  • Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue: Find New Customer, Offer Deal, Design Combo.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with subordinates to achieve sales goals.
  • Work hand in hand with General Manager to deal and close contract, pricing, and execute tasks related. 
  • Report weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major; 2 years experience in similar position of hotel sales and management at hotel similar size and complexity. OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major; 3 years experience in similar position of hotel sales and management at hotel similar size and complexity
  • Honest, fast and agile, and quick to learn
  • Excellent communications, negotiation, and English skills
  • Master sales skills with TA clientele database and experienced to push sales on OTA is a must.
  • Photoshop and Digital marketing, SEO preferred.
