Prepares bar requisitions and internal transfers for approval by the Head Department
Handles the correct glassware to be used for dispensing specific drinks and maintains par stock of all equipment in use
Ensures that all drinks and cocktails are prepared according to standard recipes, cards and hotel standards
Prepare and serve drinks
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
