• To maximize the Department’s resources to ensure all work priorities, under normal and excessive workload conditions, are met.
• To oversee, manage and deal with any incidents or disputes as required.
• Assists with the strategic direction and goals of the Security department.
• Assure optimum and high levels of guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
• Designate and assign manpower levels for all the Security positions and functional areas.
• To check all written work generated on shift on a daily basis to ensure a satisfactory level and standard of reporting.
• Oversee safeguarding of assets transported in and around the complex.
• Maintain a strong relationship with local law enforcement and peers at other resorts for enhanced communication and cooperation.
• Compile security incident reports, maintain required records, statistics and files.
• Actively assist, support and co-operate with the Surveillance operation as required.
• Other duties as required by Security Management.
