Mô tả công việc

• Ensure that occupation is analysed, reviewed and monitored correctly.

• In charge of reviewing, analysing and controlling the hotel's daily and future operations in order to guarantee the services ordered by the client.

• Review and analyse each day's closing statistics.

• Review occupation predictions and create reports for one or three months ahead to keep all relevant departments fully informed.

• Receive and control booking entries and information requests.

• Supervise incoming bookings and whether they contain the correct information.

• Supervise, monitor and train staff in work procedures.

• Each week produce three-month occupation reports and weekly occupation predictions.

• Compile end-of-month statistics.

• Update and configure rates in the system.

• Prepare special reports for Senior / General Management, Sales and other departments.

• Update and control general booking archives.

• Have detailed market knowledge.

• Be familiarised with the local area.

• Know how other relevant departments operate, such as Reception, Cashier, Credit, Sales, and Groups and Conventions.
