HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)

• Manpower Planning and Control
• Prepare yearly manpower budgets.
• Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.
• Devise succession planning for the Hotel for future development and expansion.
• Conduct and re-design job to ensure efficient utilization of manpower
• Overseas the recruitment progress and procedures of the Hotel to ensure that qualified candidates can be attracted to cope with the continuous upgrading programme.
• Expedite recruitment of management staff (both local and city hired)
• Maintain and updated and complete set of job description and job specification for each position in the Hotel
• Fix terms and conditions of employment for each level of staff according to Hotel policy.
• Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the compliance.
• Be responsible for work permit application and visa extension for overseas hired employees.
• Salary Administration and Control Conduct job evaluation for fixing salary scales
• Fix salary on appointment, transfer and promotion.
• Conduct research on market trend and practice, and advise management and group on necessary review (e.g. Annual Salary Review or Periodic Review if necessary)...

• Good interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
• Experience in managing social media channels.
