Mô tả công việc

1. Manage Guest Service Department: lead staffs, ensure P&P, SOP … are in implementation, maximize customer satisfaction

2. Pays special attention to important guests and makes sure that they are satisfied with all aspects of stay in the Serviced Apartment.

3. Answers inquiries pertaining to services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.

4. Monitors record of room availability and guests' accounts using RMS system.

5. Handle customer feedback/ complaint, attend daily briefing or meeting as and when needed

6. Ensures that cash advance or cash received upon check out are handled properly by Guest Service Officers.

7. Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts when needed

8. Reviews activities in the Operations Department and devise strategies to make improvements within the department to enhance efficiency.

9. Ensure Guest Service are sufficiently stocked with stationery for operational purposes (letterhead, collateral)

10. Ensure all required policies are adhered to by Guest Service staff.

11. Ensure all guest registration and guest checkout documents are complete and accurate.

12. Ensure all guest refunds through credit cards are submitted to Finance on a timely basis.

13. Perform any other duties as required by the Property Manager.

14. Follow assignment of Property Manager

15. Coordinate with other departments to run operation when Property Manager is not on site

16. Report incorrect practice from Operational Department to Property Manager for on time correction

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Sharp, Detailed, Meticulous, Display of cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition, have teamwork spirit
  • Diploma in Hospitality or English.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in the Front Office position in the hospitality industry.
