Mô tả công việc
2. Making new files and maintaining existing files.
3. Acting as a receptionist for manager and, when necessary, other department members, providing assistance to callers as required.
4. Producing and distributing correspondence as required.
5. Assisting managers in preparation of various reports and presentations.
6. Scheduling and participating in department meetings, taking minutes and continually communicating a clear and consistent message regarding the Room Operations goals to produce desired results.
7. Assisting in the review of comment cards and guest satisfaction results with associates.
8. Preparing and controlling gift vouchers for sales of all types for all hotel’s departments.
9. In charge of arranging travel arrangement and hotel booking for managers.
10. Preparing expense report for managers.
11. Translating documents if required.
12. Controlling and ordering stationary, name card and office supplies. Following up orders to receive on time. Ensuring office equipment in order and work properly.
13. Following existing contracts, renewing or preparing new contracts.
14. Preparing and printing all kinds of notice letters to set up in guestrooms and outside customers.
15. Collecting and consolidating annual CAPEX list for Rooms Division.
16. Drafting LSOP if required.
17. Preparing duty roster to Saigon Inn for public holidays and occasions.
18. Assisting Front Desk to daily track the upselling to achieve monthly target.
19. Supporting Concierge to prepare airport ticket.
20. Assisting other departments in Rooms Division if required.

• Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

• Number Facility - The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
• Management of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
• Equipment Selection - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Originality - The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about products, services or situations, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
• Mathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems.
