1. To follow up work order from various Departments, ensure the preventive maintenance programmed being implemented according to the schedule

2. Recommend for any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement

3. To ensure supply of public utilities, efficient installation, maintenance and overhauls, check stock, allocate use and advise on the replenishment

4. Oversee immediate rectification of technical malfunction and repair requirements

5. Provide close supervision to staff especially during night shift

6. Solve problems concerning assigned areas of specific technical responsibilities

7. Report to Chief Engineer any unusual happening during working shift, handover any outstanding work to next shift

8. Follow up contracted works, make sure contractors follow our instructions, rules and regulations during their works in the property

9. Follow up any additional requests from residents

10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

11. The employee must be in line with ISO 14000

12. The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety) Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Carry out their duties in accordance with company’s EHS Policy, procedures and work instructions;

b) Report EHS issues to their manager or head of department;

c) Be aware of the significant EHS risks, actual or potential of their work activities and the EHS benefits of improved personal performance;

d) Participate in the EHS programs established by the organization

Qualifications: Technical school graduated.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field, with 1 year working in a similar position.

Well organized; Self-motivated and independent.
