Mô tả công việc

• Be a connection between property & customer based on the relationship establishment for both re-active and pro-active ways

• Maintains existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative S&M programmes

• Prepare & present sales proposal to clients

• Periodically contact client while in-house to be certain all is in order and going well

• Conduct an exit interview with client to determine level of satisfaction and ask for introducing business

• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities

• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA in Business Administration/ Hospitality/ S&M

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong at leisure sales and having basic knowledge of longstay corporate is a plus

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Well versed in use of computer software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Sales Force

• Confident, reliable, ongoing personality
