Mô tả công việc

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean;

• Working with the relevant parties, contractors for ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available;

• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders

• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training session's vvh.are i equired.

• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team

• Assess potential risks, materials, costs and report to PM immediately;

• Provide advice and resolve any problems / matters arising;

• Assess the capacity and productivity of contractors;

• Contact and discuss with other stakeholders for works;

• Comply with project specification, guidelines and regulations of construction, including permits, safety standards ... and provide technical documentation ar'd other documents as required;

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated in civil and industrial construction,
Had experience in the position of a construction enpine°.i (> i*, yr an) and had worked in the resorts, Hotels s stars, complexes;
Can use software for work (AutoCAD, word, PDF, ...);
Had project management and supervision skills;
Had communication skills effective teamwork coordina ion
Had ability to communicate in English;
