Be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case
Follow the hotel policies and procedures
Ensure all outlets, fridges, cupboards etc. are fully secured when not in use or unattended
Patrolling to ensure lights and air conditioners are off after operation hours
Anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems
Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire hose real outlets, fire barriers, hotel alarm system, access control system and all other safety equipment and ensure that all are in good working.
Carry out monthly check fire extinguishers for Hotel and Residences
Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed
Check all packages, staff bag and passes of employees entering and leaving the building; be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same and ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises
