JOB SUMMARY
Create implements and manages marketing communications activities designed to generate product awareness and brand identity through online, offline media activities and networking at and outside of the resort when applicable.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of resort facilities & services
- Understanding of Accor corporate & photography guideline
- Ensures that the Brand’s identity guideline is kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate.
- Understanding of resort budget and actual financial performance
- Collect media clip from both online and offline media on a monthly basis and file centrally
- Responsible for the hotel’s social media and digital presence.
- Increasing brand awareness within all market segments.
- Prepare and submit all hotel awards.
- Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.
- Prepares press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally.
- Maximizes advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent with the company group advertising.
- Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with the company, projecting a consistent and quality message.
- Reviews the hotel's market segmentation and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure that the media scheduling matches those segments.
- Monitor the usage of logo throughout the resort
- Supervises the in-house art graphic artist
- Implement EDM
- Maintain resort database
- Ensures the department has a comprehensive master photo/library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly sends these to corporate office for the image library.
- Ensure Accor digital audit are carried out monthly
- Control stock for available sales collateral
- Participation in the social gathering at resort or outside when applicable
- Understanding of Material Control (when applicable)
- Upkeep and comply all resort policies and procedures
- Comply with all local government regulations
- Maintain pleasant image at all times, friendly and neat
- Has a high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards colleagues, guests, suppliers and other clients
- Maintain professional confidentiality at all times
- Maintain a good working relationship with various departments with a high level of communication and co-operation in the interests of customer service and improvements in the working conditions of the hotel and department
- Ensure and practice a high standard of safety to safeguard the wellbeing of hotel guests, colleagues, stakeholders and physical property
- Ensure that Marketing and Communication works are done in accordance to requirements and hotel’s standards
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by General Managers or Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing

Knowledge and Experience
- Pleasant personality, very guest satisfaction oriented
- Autonomy, able to build up his / her own material to work
- Well presentable, will have to represent the hotel when prospecting new business inside and outside the resort
- Ability to work mainly on stable hours but also at time of events, evening and weekends when needed
- Marketing and digital savvy….
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs. Proficiency in use of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not mandatory
- Good writing and spoken skill in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandator
COMPETENCIES
- Diploma of Vocational Certificate in Marketing communications, advertisement, brand management or related fields preferred
- Experienced in marketing and communications functions either as a Marketing Manager or PR Manager
*Vietnamese candidates are preferred.
