Mô tả công việc
• Customer Care:
o Manage & response guests’ inbox, reviews, feedback, complains on multi-platform (Social media, OTAs, review platforms…); liaise with other department (Sales, Reservations, Operation team) for direct enquiries and guests’ supports.
o Report guest inbox data & highlights on a monthly basis for Marketing Manager to understand guest demand & advertising effectivity.
• Social Listening & Community Management:
o Actively observe social buzz about resort & comp set (both manually & through social listening tool) on all digital channels and acknowledge Marketing team for further actions if any.
o Deliver thoughtful responses of guest feedbacks on post-stay reviews & general reviews on OTAs and owned channels (social media, Google My Business…), within 1 hour (during work-time) or 1 day (during weekend) and maintain >90% review response rate on all owned channels.
• Owned channel content:
o Actively conduct content audit on stale content & information on all owned channels & collaterals, especially digital channels.
o Support on update content on all channels.
• Administration & Report:
o Well organize and manage paperwork process for Sales & Marketing: contracts & payments, gift certificates, travel requests and photo shooting model consent forms, etc.
o Arrange flight tickets & accommodation for Marketing team.
o Support to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly report to achieve agreed goals & KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Service years in the field:
o 1-year+ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Service field.
• Knowledge and skills:
o Understand & have experience in Social Media channels management, Social Media content (organic & paid content) is a plus.
o Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
o To be thoughtful & organized.
o Problem solving and organizational abilities.
o Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Language: IELTS (or equivalent certificate): 6.5 or above is preferred.
