Mô tả công việc

• Provide administrative support. Maintain stock of department files & documents
• Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management
• Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
• Translate in verbal and in writing as requested by management
• Support admin & clerical jobs for Director in building up the systems of working procedures for department operations.
• Responsible for ordering all equipment required for the Department
• Oversee service and maintenance contracts
• Coordinate equipment repair and replacement
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies
• Perform other job-related duties

Yêu cầu công việc

• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Graduated College or above.
• Previous working experience at the same position at least 2 year.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent English communication skills in written and oral forms.
• Professional appearance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
