Banqueting Audio Visual (Nhân viên âm thanh ánh sáng)

Set-up, operates, and troubleshoots all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems.

Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals.

Break-down, remove, and secure equipment when not in use and read, understand, and adhere to SOP book.

Lock secure equipment when not in use and tape down and dress all loose wire and cable.

Secure equipment to cart when transporting, taking care to protect both equipment and people from harm.

Monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals during each assigned event and check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order before event begins to ensure that accuracy against flowsheets.

Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to manager/supervisor and other departments as necessary.

Up-sell different AV services and products to customers.

Required skills:

Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge.

Good at English skills (writing, reading and oral comprehension).

Have ability to figure and analysis skills.

Working knowledge of basic computer software programs (MS Office,POS)

2 years experience.
