Reservations and E-Commerce Manager

• Stars passing probation period have been trained in all essential tasks as per self-leadership assessment form

• Training plans for all stars are prepared, implemented and regularly update

• Room rates & promotions available are thoroughly understood and tightly maintained on the PMS system and third-party websites are spot-checked to ensure accuracy of rates.

• Incoming bookings and flagging any concern dates are monitored with Sales Department.

• Room allocations are managed during the headline events. Internal department is liaised regarding key guests, and supported to ensure that all goes smoothly with the bookings.

• All new enquires in line with Sales strategy are received, handled and converted and all guests received a consistently high standard of service throughout the booking process; reservations are accurately inputted into the hotel’s system.

• Selling techniques are applied during the sell process and diary management principles are adhered to maximize yield for the hotel.

• Standard operating procedures are monitored, reviewed and developed to ensure that they remain efficiently.

• Oversee channel development strategies, web architecture, infrastructure requirements, and collaboration of information technology, sales, and operations teams to fulfill e-commerce business strategies. 

• Web maintenance and troubleshooting are also ongoing for a website.

• Sell a budgeted number of product or bringing in a budgeted of customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the DOS. 

• Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding E-commerce activities. 

• Managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance.

• Maintain B2C online product catalog and content (images, product info, etc.) 

• Track and analyze web traffic conversion rates to optimize the conversion trend. 

• Customer Service relate needs for online transactions for both companies.
