Mô tả công việc

- Supervise the maintenance and of repair the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents
- Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program
- Establish and maintain procedures with regards to the security and replenishment of the hotel’s inventory and assets, such as (not limited to) tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions etc.
- Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department
- Build Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Mechanical & Electrical Operation & Maintenance systems
- Build Preventive Maintenance program to control any problems or troubles happen of Machine systems
- Implement corrective action plans
- Prepare and track the action plans instigated by the Safety Commission and audit authorities
- Build, contact & keep communication with Fire Fighting Department, Labor Safety Department, Suppliers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Speak English fluently
- Have experience on pre-opening handover (also know about equipment suppliers)
- Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: Fire Fight system, air-conditioning, and building pathology, plumbing system
- Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications
- Expected to be onboard ASAP
