Provide fast and professional in-room dining service to Hotel customers.

Primary Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm của vị trí:

Operation – Vận hành

• Familiarize with all the menu items, their decoration, content and preparation methods; Communicate information to guests politely and succinctly when requested.
• Greet and chat briefly with guests in the room during trolley/meal delivery
• Set up banquet tables and serve food from carts according to department standards and procedure
• Open the food and present the dishes to ensure the correct quantity.
• Answer questions regarding room service and other Food and Beverage service requests when asked.
• Sell and advertise food and beverage offers to customers when given the opportunity.
• Collect and neatly arrange used dishes on trolleys, tables, and trays and bring them out of the room or from the hallway outside the room.
• Separate trays and trolleys in the management warehouse area. Cleaning Work area includes room service trolley, hot box and room service shelf.
• Cleaning Work area includes room service trolley, hot box and room service shelf. Maintain department storage and service areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Take necessary precautions related to hotel's food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Report guest feedback and complaints to management and follow up if needed.
• Handle cash in accordance with established procedures of Accounting
• Support other Food & Beverage stores to operate during peak times or when required.
• Maintain full knowledge of all Food and Beverage services, contents and preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features
• Proficient in regulatory rockets and the hotel's full compute/emergency response network
• Attend all briefings and training meetings as assigned by management
• Timely reporting, while being clean and well-edited at all times.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene at all times
• Perform various tasks according to the analysis of the Hotel Management Board

1. Salary and Allowances.

Full Salary & monthly Service Charge in probation period.

Support to relocation allowance by ranks.

Home Visit allowance.

Knowledge and Experience

•University degree in a related field, Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Hotel Management

• Minimum 01 years of Food & Beverage experience

• A strong understanding of Customer Service, Villa Service.

• Good English communication
