Mô tả công việc
- Complies with hotel policies and procedures.
- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensures that all personnel records and Human Resources documents/data are maintained, filed and updated with strict accuracy and confidentiality for payroll and other uses in the HR System.
- Prepare and follow up the status of labour contract, work permit, residence card and other documents required for employment.
- Prepare for internal transfer and promotion procedure.
- Assists the Human Resources department with the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications.
- Conduct C&B tasks supporting for monthly payroll.
- Liases with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
- Assists in recruitment activities when required.
- Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programs and communication channels.
- Assists and participates in all Human Resources activities.
- Attends and contributes to all meetings and training as required.
- Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
- Ad hoc request from time to time in building your human resources management concept.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/ Tourism management
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible with given tasks at work
- Good computer knowledge required
- Candidates having work experience in Hospitality field/C&B HR field is preferred.
