Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibility

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Rank & File positions and support managerial hiring

Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.

Ensure timely completion of documentation, and system setup

Recruit casual labor, coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking.

Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payment for casual labor.

Track working hours, validate attendance, and resolve discrepancies for casual labor.

Facilitate contracts, visa applications, work permits, and residence cards for expatriate employees

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Hospitality/ Tourism management
Working Experience: At least 1-year experiences in HR department at hotel, especially in Recruitment field is preferred
Good English communication and writing skills
Detail-oriented, highly responsible with given tasks at work
Good computer knowledge required
