Mô tả công việc

  • Complies with hotel policies and procedures.
  •  Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Ensures that all personnel records and Human Resources documents/data are maintained, filed and updated with strict accuracy and confidentiality for payroll and     other uses in the HR System.
  • Prepare and follow up the status of labour contract, work permit, residence card and other documents required for employment.
  • Prepare for internal transfer and promotion procedure.
  • Assists the Human Resources department with the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications.
  • Conduct C&B tasks supporting for monthly payroll.
  • Liases with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
  • Assists in recruitment activities when required.
  • Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programs and communication channels.
  • Assists and participates in all Human Resources activities.
  • Attends and contributes to all meetings and training as required.
  • Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate  Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Ad hoc request from time to time in building your human resources management concept.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/ Tourism management
  • Good English communication and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible with given tasks at work
  • Good computer knowledge required
  • Candidates having work experience in Hospitality field/C&B HR field is preferred.
