Team Leader - POMEC

 Report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.

 Recruit and train Engineers in accordance with hotel guidelines.

 Review the performance of Engineers in accordance with hotel guidelines

 Take full responsible for the performance of departmental activities within the shift, immediately bring to your manager attention any problem arises

 Walk through

 Maintain request priority

 Handle guest requests timely

 Lockout power sources/ restore power sources

 Operate, install and maintain all electrical, mechanical related equipment, HVAC equipment, plumbing and water distribution systems, including steam systems and kitchen equipment.

 Perform inspections of operating machinery, pant rooms, systems.

 Calibrate and adjust all gas-fired equipment.

 Take a daily reading of all utility consumption and prepare energy management plans/ideas.

 Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.

 Ensures all workshop and working areas are kept clean, tidy and safe

 Ensure all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.

 Ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair

 In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager
