Bar Person

We are looking for an industry professional to join our opening team,

David Green having worked in One, Two and Three Michelin starred Kitchens in

Europe before returning to Australia as Executive Chef at the much lauded

Lakehouse in Daylesford will open his first solo venture in District 2.

Olivia will position itself as a Fine Dining property, offering first class service

and a French inspired cuisine.

As Bar person, you will exceed our guest’s high expectations, showing care,

dedication, initiative, contribute to our strong culture of team work and ensure

each guest has a truly memorable experience from the moment they arrive

until our final farewell.

six days , working an eight-hour shift

Key responsibilities

-will be experienced in coffee and tea making

-sound knowledge and technique for making cocktails

-experience in setting up the bar and working independently during service

-will have extensive wine knowledge, serving techniques, and working with our Sommelier,

ensure our Wine List and Cellar stock are interesting, balanced, and costed
