• Responsible for proactively soliciting local group/catering-related opportunities with significant revenue potential.

• Manages group/catering opportunities with the EBC to convert the business.

• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.

• Ensures business is turned over properly and timely for proper service delivery.

• Responsible for driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer/guest experience.

• Provides service to customers in order to grow the account on behalf of the company.

• Hotel & Sales background

• Good English & Strong communication & Service mind

• At least 01-year experience in the same position.

• 02 months of probation with Full salary| Service charge| Social Insurance

• 05 working days | 02 day-off per week
