Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Prepare and process payments via checks, bank transfers, and online payment systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure timely settlement of invoices to avoid penalties or late fees.
Maintain organized filing systems and proper documentation for audit purposes.
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Provide support during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience using Sun Accounting System and Material Control systems.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial procedures.
Good attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
