Mô tả công việc

Be fully conversant with Pullman brand, its standards and DNA
Manage measurement and leverage the Accor tools the achieved marketing objectives.
Build up the Marketing Plan annually with General Manager and ensure its delivery
Draw up the Public Relations Action Plan and Advertising Plan annually and ensure its delivery
Organizes (both internal and external) Public Relations activities
Manage all hotel e-marketing program and content display and recommend new alternatives or ideas to develop the Hotel’s online marketing strategies

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Marketing or Hotel Management School
Minimum two years’ experience in the position of Marketing Manager or equivalent scope of job
Well groomed at all times to maintain a professional impression of the hotel
Excellent guest and client relations in particular with Medias
Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Extremely proactive with all activities to support the hotel
Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
