Data analyst

JOB DISCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the structure of CRM system.

• Keep track of existing customers and potential customer development

• Collect and analyze the database for specific purposes assigned by management board.

• Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities purpose

• Support company marketing campaign such as: events, meetings, ceremony...

• Track marketing performance, return on investment and prepare reports for management

• To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRE:

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good at English skills

• Communication skills and networking ability

• 1-year-experience as integration analyst.

• Female, under 26 years old

• Bachelor degree in finance, economic, mathematics, statistics or its equivalent (applicants graduated from UEH, FTU are preferred)
