Giám sát Buồng phòng / Housekeeping Supervisor

1. Prepare “Room Assignment” and short briefing with staff daily and ensure they have standard necessary equipment and supplies to carry out their duties as per the SOPs.

Lập bảng phân công công việc cho nhân viên hằng tuần và họp ngắn phổ biến công việc đảm bảo nhân viên có dụng cụ và đồ đạt cần thiết để tiến hành công việc của họ theo tiêu chuẩn đề ra.

2. Supervise room cleaning & plan and program the deep cleaning of the rooms.

Kiểm tra chất lượng vệ sinh phòng khách và lên kế hoạch vệ sinh định kỳ phòng khách.

3. Ensure that all assigned apartments, occupied ans vacant are in order, cleaned and completed as standard, particularly of VIP rooms.

Đảm bảo tất cả căn hộ được phân công, phòng khách ở và trống thì phải gọn gàng, sạch và đầy đủ tiện nghi theo tiêu chuẩn, đặc biệt những phòng khách VIP.

4. Found the defects of rooms and send “Maintenance Request” to Engineering Department for repairing.

Tìm kiếm khiếm khuyết của phòng khách và gửi “Yêu Cầu Sửa Chữa” đến Kỹ thuật để được sửa chữa kịp thời.

5. Check the equipments in guestrooms and work closely with the Engineering department in ensuring the proper and regular preventive maintenance program.

Kiểm tra các trang thiết bị trong phòng khách và kết hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật lên lịch bảo dưỡng định kỳ.

6. Update the status of the room on the computerized system in time.

Cập nhật “Tình trạng phòng khách“trên hệ thống máy tính kịp thời.

7. Record all Lost and Found items and keep them at the Housekeeping office.

Ghi nhận vật dụng khách bỏ quên và bảo quản chúng tại văn phòng bộ phận HK.

8. Check the cleanliness of all Public Areas and assign the work to the attendants.

Kiểm tra vệ sinh các khu vực công cộng và phân bổ công việc cho nhân viên.

9. Control the usage of materials and amenities and prepare the requisition order for replacement.

Kiểm soát sử dụng vật dụng phục vụ và đề xuất mua hàng để thay thế.

10. Take good care of special guest requests and handling guest complaints.

Giải quyết các yêu cầu và than phiền của khách chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả.

11. Do HK inventory monthly report to Department Head.

Báo cáo kiểm kê hằng tháng và báo cáo đến Trưởng bộ phận Buồng.

12. Develop training and development plans for associates and newly recruited associates, implement and evaluate these plans.

Huấn luyện và nâng cao nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên và nhân viên mới tuyển dụng, đánh giá thực thi kỹ năng thực hiện.

13. Conduct the inventory handover to Tenants on their arrival and departure.

Liệt kê danh sách tài sản bàn giao cho khách dựa theo ngày khách đến và đi.

14. Collect Room Attendant reports, record daily activities and events in the logbook, then prepare the supervisor’s report and hand-over for Supervisor of next shift for follow-up.

Thu gom toàn bộ báo cáo của nhân viên vệ sinh phòng, ghi nhận các hoạt động hàng ngày và những sự kiện vào sổ nhật ký và bàn giao cho Sup ca sau để theo dõi thực hiện.

15. Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to train and lead others and to resolve conflict.

Có kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt, và có khả năng đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên và giải quyết xung đột.

16. Flexibility with work schedules (when needed case)

Có thể làm việc theo ca (cho những trường hợp cần thiết).

17. Perform any other duties and special tasks assigned by Department head.

Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ khác và công việc đặc biệt do Trưởng bộ phận phân công.

• At least from secondary school, preferably graduated Advanced Diplomat or Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management. / Tốt thiểu Tốt nghiệp PTTH, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hay Cử nhân Quản Trị Khách Sạn sẽ được ưu tiên
• Minimum 02 years of work experience as Housekeeping Floor Supervisor in 4-5 stars Hotel or Serviced apartment. / Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương làm việc ở bộ phận Phòng trong khách sạn 4-5* hay Căn hộ cho thuê.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipments and proper chemical handling / Am hiểu các dụng cụ vệ sinh và xử lý hóa chất.
• Requires a “Can - Do” attitude / Có tinh thần“Sẵn sàng phục vụ”
• Friendly with smiling face and team player. / Tươi cười, thân thiện và tinh thần đồng đội.
• Fair oral and written communication skills good at Office software are required. / Có khả năng giao tiếp và viết bằng tiếng Anh và sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding the related field. / Có thể làm việc độc lập mà không cần giám sát, cũng như là có khả năng nhận biết, đánh giá và có thể xử lý thành thạo công việc mà mình đảm trách.
