HR Clerk ( Training)

• Training

Coordinate all training courses/ programs in-class, online, inhouse and external

In charge of the HR learning report

Facilitate the internal events and employee recognition

Responsible for the internal communication channels, as well as external where required

Coordinate the external relationship with schools and colleges. Monitor students in the cooperation programs as well as internship

• General

Purchase order, transfer… and other admin tasks for the department

Monitor the stock inventory

Other tasks when assigned

• Uniform
• Duty Meals

• Insurance 24/7
• Monthly Services Charges
• Annual Health Check

• Minimum of college education completion is required
  
• 01 year of experience as a Clerk/ Coordinator or any other similar HR role is preferred
• Must present a well-groomed appearance
• Strong communication skill in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Must be able to prepare effective written reports
• Fluency in English is an advantage
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
