Mô tả công việc

This position is for Landmark72 Office & Retail area. Work location: 23FL, Landmark72, Pham Hung Street, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

A- Office & Leasing Management:

1. Understand the competitors and market practices.

2. Maintain and develop sales volume by keeping current and signing with new tenants. Manage the payments of all tenants.

3. Determine annually/quarterly Business Plan by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing existing tenants, potential clients, and results

4. Be in charge of negotiating significant leases and major clients.

5. Involve in the establishment and implementation of Company strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure the efficient operations

6. Solve the fundamental property operating issues

B- Estate Management:

1. Prepare, present, and manage budgets and operation plans.

2. Manage the daily operations of the estate, including staff schedules, upkeep, routine domestic duties, general cleanliness, security, and safety aspects.

3. Supervise all staff and provide training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.

4. Manage all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds. Promote the estate's businesses through marketing channels as required.

5. Liaise with related departments and clients to ensure that all functions run smoothly. Handle the comment and complaints from tenants and solve them.

6. Manage the payment process, ensuring that all customers pay on time.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Korean Native

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial or equivalent

3. Having 3~5 years of experience in a similar position.

4. Fluent in English 4 skills, communicating in Korean is an advantage.

5. Other Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure.
