Mô tả công việc

Process day-to-day Talent & Culture department (T&C) administration in an accurate and timely manner:

• Assist T&C in admin/paper work

• Assist T&C in recruitment process (send email, set calendar,...)

• Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires

• Prepare and issue contracts to all new employees

• Assist T&C to hire and manage casual workforce

• Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts

• Assist T&C in rolling out and organizing associate relations activities

Yêu cầu công việc

• 9.5 working hours/day (30 minutes for duty meal) and 05 working days/week

• Fluent English

• Commit to work for at least 3 months
