Finance Manager

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances. Setup and supervise the team at property.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

- Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.

- Update and keep track of the hotel/resort/farms P&L forecasts on a monthly basis.

- Explain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts. Ensure that the balance sheet is a fair reflection of the assets & liabilities of the properties.

- Manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should tasks

- Other tasks as assigned by the directed manager.

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree

- Having at least 3 year experience at the same position in the hospitality industry/ Real estate investment

- Intermediate English level is required for communication in the team. Familiar with accounting software

- Self-organization skills

- Communicability

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
