Primary Responsibilities
Fully take responsibilities about financial of hotel
• Responsible for organize and manage a team with the objective of tightly controlling all revenues, expenses and inventories
• Ensure an up-to-date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances. Ensure excess cash is manage to maximize earning potential…
• Follows up on all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with original justification and approval
• Making sure at all times that the Hotel is operating under all required licenses and permits.
• Analyze financial and management reports
• Obtains appropriate legal counsel regarding the business practices of the hotel and maintains an awareness of local laws, rules and regulations
• Assists and provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and forecast. Prepare annual budget and compare actual results with projected one. In addition, also investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate with other department, report to owner, tax authorities,
• Working closely with all other Heads of Department with the objective of improving the Hotel performances
• Conducts monthly inspections and tests to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures
• Select and monitor the Local Banking arrangements made for the operation of the Hotel in conjunction with the Hotel Owners
• Prepare consolidated quarterly position assessments for the General Manager
• Provides administrative support to Management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance
• Report to Owners all report as requires of Vietnamese standards and other report if requires.
• Work with auditor at any time they come to inspect.
Other Responsibilities:
• Other responsibilities as require from GM.
Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job
• . All financial and legal matters must be handled in accordance to the Hotel internal regulations and the national and provincial legislation as well as following the Accor’s policy.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor Degree in financial
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sun, Opera, Symphony, MC
• Knowledge of labor & tax laws requirements
• Good in English skill both writing & speaking.

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Work under high pressure
• Good at management skill
