Mô tả công việc

Job summary:

- Be responsible for monitoring hotel’s social medial channel.

- Ensuring complete and updated hotel information, properly handled enquiries and sufficient coverage.

- Follow up and track marketing materials production and assemble information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences.

- Assist with the planning of social strategy to help to increase traffic, ensuring production of consistent brand message across all the social media channels.

- Assist with on-site media relations for local events.

- Assist with general day to day administration tasks and prepare monthly, quarterly reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

• Good English and Vietnamese skills.

• Proficient in standard office equipment and soft-wares, including word processing and publishing software packages.

• Skilled in media tactics, including interview techniques and preparation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related major.

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience at same position in upper scale hotels or 3 year relevant work experience.
