Mô tả công việc

The Hammock Hotel Group is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Group Sales Manager to oversee reservations, distribution and revenue across our growing portfolio of boutique hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels, OTAs or the online travel industry

- Hands-on experience managing OTA platforms and OTA extranets is essential

- Candidates currently working for an OTA (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply

- Good knowledge of hotel PMS (Cloudbeds experience is an advantage)

- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset

- Good English communication skills

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all OTA channels including Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia and others

- Drive direct bookings and optimize all booking channels

- Set room rates, promotions, restrictions and inventory

- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and booking performance

- Manage OTA extranets and hotel content

- Oversee the Property Management System (PMS) and reservation operations

- Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to maximize revenue

- Work closely with Operations and Marketing to improve overall hotel performance
