Mô tả công việc

Job Description:

  • Get used to Purchasing Department work – purchasing
  • Get used to relevant documents such as Purchasing Order, Purchasing Request and document circulation process
  • Support in purchasing work
  • Get used to Material Controls system, look for Purchasing Order, Purchasing Request
  • Print receiving reports, look for and copy relevant documents
  • Practice exporting purchasing orders
  • Support in arranging food orders, fax Purchasing Order or contacting suppliers
  • Involve in seeking for new products quotes
  • Do Purchasing Request pending report
