- In charge to implement and use RM methods, processes, tools in order to maximize the turnover.

- Responsible to manage the reservation team effectively on providing excellent customer assistance to the guests, inputting correct data and information into systems, collaboration with other departments.

- Support General Manager to define the hotel strategy for the future periods – the initial annual forecast.
